The Family Kompakt Folding Arm Awning is a slim, full-cassette system that fits close to the wall for a clean, modern look. Built with rust-free components and high-tension spring arms, it delivers long-lasting performance and smooth operation. Available in custom widths, motorised or manual control, and optional sun, wind, and motion sensors, it combines protection, convenience, and design flexibility in one compact unit.
A height of just 200mm and a depth of 200mm (when the cassette is closed), the FAMILY KOMPAKT boasts an extremely compact design. The full
cassette, which is closed on all sides, protects the awning against soiling and the effects of the weather.
Front profile with double hollow chamber and integral rain gutter, 40mm X 40mm X 2mm console tube, Galvanised and powder-coated, Rust-Resistant pins, Teflon-coated bearings, high-grade stainless steel screws.
The cassette encloses and protects the awning fabric and mechanism when not in use. This helps extend the life of the awning by shielding it from weather elements like rain, wind, and UV rays.
With the fabric and arms protected inside the cassette, the awning requires less maintenance and cleaning compared to open-style awnings.
