Residential Installation in Strathfield
Strathfield is a suburb located in Inner West Sydney. For this project, our clients required an installation that would cover the deck area in their backyard, which would essentially create an ideal outdoor living area for both the family and the pets, that would be suitable for use in any weather condition and at any time. OZTECH’s solution to our client’s requests was to install TERA Retractable Roof System in conjunction with GENIUS Wireguide & Drop systems.
TERA was installed with LED dimmer lighting, allowing the client to have complete control over the brightness of the space, as well how open the roof should be. This made it very ideal for any outdoor dinners or parties.
GENIUS drop awnings were able to provide privacy when needed, as well as an extra layer of security at night, as it would act as a barricade for the doors. When both TERA and GENIUS were closed up, this would act as housing for the dogs.
